Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Executive with strong communication skills and hands-on expertise in SAP systems. The role involves managing day-to-day SAP operations, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional teams with system-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily operations within the SAP system
• Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and reporting across modules
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, production, accounts) for SAP-related activities
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis for business decision-making
• Identify and resolve system-related issues in coordination with relevant teams
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure process compliance within SAP workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com / BBA / relevant field)
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Manager with strong experience in the HVAC industry. This role is responsible for managing customer enquiries end-to-end, ensuring timely communication, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to drive efficient order closure and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer enquiries from receipt to final closure
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer communication
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, costing, production) for seamless execution
• Ensure timely responses and regular updates to customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC industry
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Maintain accurate tracking of enquiries, follow-ups, and order status

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Engineer (preferred) with relevant industry experience
• 3-6 years of experience in HVAC industry (sales coordination / customer handling / business development roles)
• Strong understanding of HVAC products, particularly heat exchangers and related systems
• Ability to identify business opportunities and build customer relationships within the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and email communication)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• Ability to take ownership and ensure timely closure of tasks

• Candidates must have prior experience in HVAC or a related industry

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically sound and commercially aware Sales Executive with a strong background in HVAC systems. The role requires a blend of engineering understanding and commercial acumen, with a key focus on product costing, techno-commercial proposals, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and detailed product costing based on HVAC coil specifications and project requirements
  • Analyze coil drawings and technical inputs to derive cost estimates
  • Develop techno-commercial quotations aligned with customer requirements and company pricing strategy
  • Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to gather costing inputs
  • Support the sales team in tenders, RFQs, and project submissions
  • Maintain strong communication with customers for clarifications, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely and competitive proposal submissions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Tech / Engineering degree (Mechanical or related field preferred)
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC industry (costing / proposal / sales support roles)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, particularly coils and heat exchangers
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (coil drawings is a must)
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel (costing models, data analysis, etc.)
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
