Role Overview
We are looking for a technically sound and commercially aware Sales Executive with a strong background in HVAC systems. The role requires a blend of engineering understanding and commercial acumen, with a key focus on product costing, techno-commercial proposals, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed product costing based on HVAC coil specifications and project requirements
- Analyze coil drawings and technical inputs to derive cost estimates
- Develop techno-commercial quotations aligned with customer requirements and company pricing strategy
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to gather costing inputs
- Support the sales team in tenders, RFQs, and project submissions
- Maintain strong communication with customers for clarifications, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely and competitive proposal submissions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech / Engineering degree (Mechanical or related field preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC industry (costing / proposal / sales support roles)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, particularly coils and heat exchangers
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (coil drawings is a must)
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (costing models, data analysis, etc.)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

- This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have prior relevant industry experience.
