Design & Construction
- Tube Material Options: Copper, Stainless Steel (AISI 304 / 316 / 316L), Cupro-Nickel, Brass, Carbon Steel
- Tube Diameters: 5.0 mm, 6.35 mm, 7.0 mm, 7.94 mm, 9.52 mm, 12.7 mm, 15.88 mm
- Wall Thickness: 0.5 – 3.0 mm (as per design requirements)
- Bend Angle: 180° with custom offset to match equipment geometry
- Bend Radius: Standard & customized (per TEMA / ASME standards)
- Surface Finish: Bright annealed, pickled, passivated, or epoxy-coated
- Testing: Each C-Bend undergoes dimensional inspection & hydro-testing for leak integrity
