An evaporator coil is one of the most important components of an HVAC and refrigeration system. The function of the evaporator coil is to extract indoor heat from the air and transfer it to the refrigerant. A refrigerant runs through its copper tubing that removes heat from the air.
Our evaporator coils are fin and tube type heat exchangers made up of highest quality raw materials. The tubes are made up of aluminum or copper and fins made up of aluminum.
Fins increase the overall surface area for heat exchange, thus drastically improves the heat conducting efficiency. Based on desired performance and application, we also offer anticorrosion coating for fins and tin coating for copper tubes, to make our products long lasting.
Headers and end plates used in coils are manufactured in our own press shop and header manufacturing unit to ensure highest quality.
