KRN offers a wide range of evaporator coils with a diverse fin space selection ranging from 1.15 to 8.5 mm. This allows us to manufacture evaporators suitable for various HVAC and refrigeration systems, accommodating different evaporating temperatures. As condensate is formed during evaporator operation, we often provide a specialized hydrophilic pre-coating on the fins. This coating helps prevent water droplets from being carried along with the air, preventing them from entering the refrigerated space, which is usually undesirable.
In cases where the refrigeration machine has sufficient capacity, we design air evaporators with multiple cooling circuits. Each circuit has an independent supply of refrigerant through thin capillary tubes connected to a distributor. These circuits are carefully balanced to ensure equal distribution of refrigerant.
Additionally, we have the capability to combine two evaporators into a single block, which is commonly utilized in industrial and transport applications. To facilitate defrosting, we can incorporate holes for the installation of electrical heaters or incorporate a specialized circuit for defrosting using hot gas.
Furthermore, we have the expertise to manufacture bent coils with end plates, which are widely used in heat pumps for both domestic and commercial applications.
