Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Manager with strong experience in the HVAC industry. This role is responsible for managing customer enquiries end-to-end, ensuring timely communication, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to drive efficient order closure and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage customer enquiries from receipt to final closure
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer communication
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, costing, production) for seamless execution
• Ensure timely responses and regular updates to customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC industry
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Maintain accurate tracking of enquiries, follow-ups, and order status
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate / Engineer (preferred) with relevant industry experience
• 3-6 years of experience in HVAC industry (sales coordination / customer handling / business development roles)
• Strong understanding of HVAC products, particularly heat exchangers and related systems
• Ability to identify business opportunities and build customer relationships within the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and email communication)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• Ability to take ownership and ensure timely closure of tasks
Important Note
• Candidates must have prior experience in HVAC or a related industry
• This role requires strong coordination skills, ownership of customer communication, and a proactive approach towards business development
