Role Overview

We are looking for a technically sound and commercially aware Sales Executive with a strong background in HVAC systems. The role requires a blend of engineering understanding and commercial acumen, with a key focus on product costing, techno-commercial proposals, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and detailed product costing based on HVAC coil specifications and project requirements
  • Analyze coil drawings and technical inputs to derive cost estimates
  • Develop techno-commercial quotations aligned with customer requirements and company pricing strategy
  • Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to gather costing inputs
  • Support the sales team in tenders, RFQs, and project submissions
  • Maintain strong communication with customers for clarifications, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely and competitive proposal submissions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Tech / Engineering degree (Mechanical or related field preferred)
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC industry (costing / proposal / sales support roles)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, particularly coils and heat exchangers
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (coil drawings is a must)
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel (costing models, data analysis, etc.)
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have prior relevant industry experience.
